Pricing Transparency
The price quoted is the final price. No VAT is applicable, making us a cost effective choice compared to national firms.
2. Guarantees & Workmanship
We stand behind our GQA-qualified expertise with industry-leading guarantees:
Hardware Repairs: 1-year guarantee on handles, hinges, and locks.

Because we focus on replacing components within your existing frames, the work is legally classified as a repair under UK Building Regulations. Glass only replacements are exempt from FENSA registration and do not require Building Control approval. However, we match the peace of mind offered by full frame installers by backing our sealed units with a 5 year guarantee against condensation, which is the same standard warranty period typically provided by FENSA certified companies for new window installations.
