  • Do you charge a call-out fee?

    No. All surveys are completely free and without obligation. You only pay for the work you approve.

  • How quickly can you attend?

    Most appointments are available same day or next day within Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. We prioritise stuck windows, security issues, and urgent repairs.

  • Do you guarantee your repairs?

    Yes. All repairs and glass replacements come with a clear written guarantee for your peace of mind.

  • Can I pay by card?

  • Can you replace just the glass instead of the whole window?
