1. Scope of Work & Quotes

We provide a "Repair First" assessment. We will always prioritize restoring your existing windows and doors over expensive full-frame replacements. All quotes are valid for 30 days. Our services are outlined clearly in your written quote; any additional parts required during the repair will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Pricing Transparency: As a local specialist focused on residential value, the price quoted is the final price. No hidden VAT is applicable, making us a cost- effective choice compared to national firms.

2. Guarantees & Workmanship

We stand behind our GQA-qualified expertise with industry-leading guarantees: Hardware Repairs: 1-year guarantee on all handles, hinges, and locks.
Sealed Glass Units: 5-year guarantee against condensation between panes.
Exclusions: Guarantees do not cover pre-existing structural rot, accidental damage, misuse or glass breakage.

3. Safety & Compliance

All work complies with relevant Building Regulations and safety glass standards.
As a GQA and CSCS-certified provider, we adhere to strict safety protocols. If structural defects (such as severe timber rot or hazardous materials) are discovered during repair, we may pause work to discuss safe remediation options with you.

4. Access & Customer Responsibilities

We aim to complete all jobs within the agreed timeframe. Please ensure clear access to the windows or doors being serviced. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the work area is safe and free from obstructions before our technician arrives

5. Payments & Security

Accepted Methods: We accept Debit/Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank Transfers.
Payment Timing: Payment is typically due upon completion of the work, unless a deposit for special-order items has been agreed upon.
Security Notice: We will never ask you to change bank details via email or text. All payment details are provided securely with your official Glazing Spark window Repairs invoice

6. Cancellations

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of order confirmation, provided work has not yet commenced.

7. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and immediately. In the unlikely event of a dispute, our work is backed by our professional accreditations, and complaints can be escalated to the relevant trade body or ombudsman for independent review.

8. Photography and Media Use

We may take 'before and after' photographs of our work for quality control and marketing purposes. We ensure these images do not identify your property's specific location or any personal belongings. If you would prefer we do not take or use these photos, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
